ISLE OF LEWIS HISTORICAL WALKING TOURS
 
Why not experience a short walking tour, in a small group, among 5,000 years of history
beginning at the Calanais Visitor Centre car park which  includes a visit, interpretation of
the Calanaish Standing Stones and a short walk through the village of Calanais to visit
Calanais 11 and nearby Calanais 111.
Your guide will explain the history, archaeology, gaelic culture, crofting and wildlife of this
fascinating area.  Tour duration 90 minutes approx.
